DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING

Tons of unsold shoes and clothing are destroyed every year. This has a major impact on the environment. At RonJ, an item is therefore only made when you order it. This means that unnecessary stock is not built up with the risk that RonJ will be left with unsold items. It will therefore take a little longer before your nice hedgehog items arrive, but this will help prevent waste.

The stated price of the product is the total price including VAT and any import duties. Because it concerns an international shipment, things sometimes go wrong during import. Occasionally the delivery company/customs will only release the package after payment of VAT and any import duties. If this occurs, RonJ Prickly will reimburse the excess VAT paid and any import duties. In that case, send the invoice and proof of payment (including your name, address and order number) to info@ronjprickly.com

If you order multiple products at the same time, they may be delivered in separate shipments. The product you order will indicate the delivery time of the product. Unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong at external parties that RonJ has no influence on, such as delays with courier services. RonJ Prickly is not liable for any delays caused by external parties. Of course, RonJ will do his utmost to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
