RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RonJ likes to keep it simple and clear for you hedgehog fans. After all, you're busy enough with those little spikes. Therefore, no complicated legal document, but clear and concise what to do if the product is broken or if you want to exchange or return it. Please note that when exchanging or returning the product must not have been worn, so that RonJ can make someone else happy with it.

1. You receive a broken product

Unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong during production or shipping. If you receive the product broken, please take photos immediately and email them to info@ronjprickly.com. Also include your name, address and order number in the email and RonJ will ensure that you receive a new product free of charge. Make sure you do this as soon as possible (preferably within 2 days of receipt) so that RonJ can recover the costs from the printer.

Due to the different sizes, the print may differ slightly from the images. This is not a broken product, but a feature of printing. If you still want to return the product, what is described below in point 3 applies.

2. The size is incorrect and you want to exchange the product

If the product does not fit and you would like to receive the same product in a different size, you can send the product (within 30 days of receipt) to:

Put a note in the package with the order number, your name, your address and which size you would like to receive. To be sure, send an email to info@ronjprickly.com once you have sent the package, and RonJ will keep an eye on the mail. After receiving the package, RonJ ensures that you receive the correct size. You must pay the shipping costs for your return package yourself.

3. You no longer want the product and you want your money back

Too bad you don't like the product. This makes RonJ sad, but even then RonJ doesn't make it difficult. Send the product (within 30 days of receipt) to:

Put a note in the package with the order number, your name, your address and why you don't like the product (so that RonJ can take this into account in the future for the next design). To be sure, send an email to info@ronjprickly.com once you have sent the package, and RonJ will keep an eye on the mail. After receiving the package, RonJ will ensure that you receive a full refund of the purchase price. You must pay the shipping costs for your return package yourself.
